Yahoo E-mail Lists/Groups?

I participate on several lists. A few of them that were set up owners/moderators have since moved on and their very own e-mails bounce. How can I become a moderator of a list who hasn't had a moderator in a long time? The lists are still active, but no one to run them.

Further info.

Chocolate_Lilac_Resource This is a list I personally started myself but since then let go of the domain and have long forgotten the log in and pass to moderate this list.

Has no moderator, their e-mails bounce. Is there a way to appoint myself as moderator to my own list once again AND appoint me as a mod. for the other list?

The owner himself has to change himself from owner to member and then leave the group or make somebody else the moderator of the group. Here are some links for you to read and have more info on this issue:

Reply:the is the biggest topic in yahoo group suggestions, but they still do nothing about it, you best bet is to start a new group and send a email to the group inviting everyone over to the new active group..

You can report it to yahoo and offer to take it over, but don't get your hopes up.. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/...
