I have added candles, my books, and a fake red rose in one corner and a fake black one in the other, and I put a vase of flowers in the center. I also have a dish with stones in it and a lilac twig. Is there anything else "speficiC" i should add, or can i kinda do it my own way? I'm a beginner, so anything is helpful!
Is there a specific way to make an altar? Or can I do it anyway I want?
It sounds like you are doing good! Dishes made of pottery or wood are the best. I, personally, wouldn't have the fake roses. Dried real ones would be better. Blessed Be.

I love nature too, but I couldn't *worship* it. I worship it's creator. Kind of defeats the purpose, doesn't it? It's okay, tho...I think God might be a little pleased by that. He has made beautiful things, a beautiful earth...and if you can't believe in Him but appreciate the things He's given you, who knows? It might work out :)
Reply:um . . what religion? that would help a lot - but i would say that an altar is a pretty individual thing and u should make it however it best helps u connect with ur dietie/s
