I have scanned a picture into my computer, it looks fabulous on screen, I just tried to print it and we look lilac in it. Why? I have cleaned the nozzles of the printer and the printer has brand new ink cartridges! help appreciated, thank you!
Help with picture please?
go into the printer properties/preferences (when you click on file|Print on the application that you are using to print from choose the properties or preferences of the printer there )
Then change the printer quality to photo. I can't tell you how to do this because each printer is setup differently so i wouldn't know where the option is on your printer, but if you look arount on the tabs you will come across the quality section.
Also to improve the quality even more use some photo paper and choose in the preferences of the paper type "photo paper"
and it should come out even better.
