I want to really wear a homecoming dress in a soft fabric like taffeta ,satin or shiny material in a pretty lilac ,or yellow ,or pink,matching heels ,hose ,get my nails done ,long wig ,and and shave my legs and get a peicure.and any more ideas how i can feel really into being like a girl.

I find that most men do not look passable as a woman. So best to use the event just to be funny.
Go to ebay for most of your supplies. Get a big skirted, formal prom dress, and a big petticoat (then you won't have to worry about your legs). Find a beautiful wig. There now all you need is a sash and a crown. You'll be Miss America and you can tell everyone that you're bringing world peace.
