How long does semi permanent hair dye last?

I have dirty blonde hair, and i was thinking of colouring my hair a darker lilac looking colour, I wash my hair every day, and i was wondering how long the dye would last?

it really all depends on what kind of dye you use in the zone lasts really long

Reply:I also have naturally dark blond'ish colored hair. I used Clarol Natural Instincts non-permanent hair color for YEARS, and I loved it (even, all over color). It lasted about 4-6 weeks- although after about 4 weeks, the "luster" had really worn off. *I should state for the record that even "non-permanent" color will still stain your hair- especially if you go with a much darker shade than your original.
